At Volytrix, we are committed to getting your premium audio and computing gear to you reliably and efficiently. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures for all orders of Headphones, Earbuds, Keyboards, Mice, and Speakers.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your products. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timescales
Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by location:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-8 business days after processing.
- International: 10-20 business days after processing.

Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Volytrix is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We recommend double-checking your address details before submitting your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, you, as the recipient, are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you via email. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order. Refunds for returned items will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
