By accessing and using the Volytrix website (the "Site") and purchasing our products (Headphones & Earbuds, Keyboards, Mice, Speakers), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order details. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Volytrix or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Volytrix name and logo, and all related product and service names, are proprietary trademarks of Volytrix. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Volytrix's name or trademarks without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Volytrix.

4. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that are opened or used may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
