Refund Policy Overview

At Volytrix, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our headphones, earbuds, keyboards, mice, and speakers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in original condition, or are missing components are not eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please contact our support team within the eligible period.

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Please securely package the item using its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Volytrix is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or color, please initiate a return as described above. Once the return is received and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
